How to use Translit?



What is this site for? You may need this say if you want to translit Latin letters into Cyrillic, Translit helps everyone who doesn't have English keyboard, or whos Cyrillic keyboard doesn't work.

How to yous "Translit"? If you have enabled JavaScript (how to enable it will be explained later), you can automaticly start working, otherwise, click the big rectangle, wich is in center of your screen. Now print Russian text with Latin letters text on your keyboard, and press "Ctrl+Enter" button. Under the central rectangle other rectangle will appear, were you will see Cyrilic text, highlight it by double-click, click it with right mouse button, and press "Copy" button, and now you can place your Cyrillic text somwere, by pressing "Ctrl+V" or "Shift+Insert". In the Right-hand cournet you can always see a useful advice.

What do you need to do, to make the site work better? We have tessted our site in all popular, and not very popular with latest versions of browsers: Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Opera, Flock, Maxthon.
              If you use one of this browsers, our site will be working wonderfuly.

How to enable JavaScript? JavaScript in different browsers should be switched diferently, usualy it is switched on automaticly.

Internet Explorer: "Сервис" > "Свойства обозревателя" > "Безопасность" > "Другой" > "Сценарии" > "Активные сценарии" > "Разрешить" > "OK"
Mozilla Firefox: "Инструменты" > "Настройки" > "Содержимое" > "Использовать Javascript" > "OK"
Opera: "Инструменты" > "Быстрые настройки" > "Включить JavaScript" или "F12" > "Включить JavaScript"

Having enabled JavaScript, you can translit the text pressing Ctrl+Enter, you can also hide letter designation. If you use Internet Explorer, you can copy Cyrillic text, pressing "Copy"
